Dr. Tischler and his Nurse Practioner Vera Whalen are the best, however it is a nightmare to see him. he is always overbooked and there is a usual 4-5 hour wait irrespective of your appointment time. his staff especially his Office Manager Julie is a board certified PIG. trying to get disability forms filled out is impossible and they now charge a fee. If I ever need surgery again I certainly will not do it here. It is unacceptable. perhaps if he started losing patients and it hits them where they care the most $$$ things perhaps will change and a little professional courteously and empathy will be in place.
