My experience on 7/262016 was not great. I came in at @9am with a friend who had spoken to Lillian and he arrange to meet about a car that on their site. First there was not any off d car that were posted on d site. 2 they convinced my friend and I to refinance and give us two pick. 3 came back and say that d car was not available any more so it was down to 1 out of the two car. 2hours after came back to us and say that d second car was not available I need to pick a more expensive car in every way included in worth, insurance and payment, after all say and done.I had two call out from work which I was only suppose to be there till at lease lunch time. I told my friend this was not working out. They started bad, ask them back for ur money . That was at around @2pm . I when back to them around @5pm told them I had to pick up my children we need to go . Still no money was returned back after i told my friend am leaving u there and call 911 so they can give u ur money @ 6pm after police came to d scene his money was then returned. Overall d service was really bad they could have done better than that .....PEOPLE NEED TO STOP BELIEVING THAT EVERYBODAY AROUND THEM ARE FOOL .....never me again and will not referred any one there including my dog
