This school is great. Richard Gravina is an awesome instructor. Exceptional teachers stand out from the rest. They make the class a great learning experience. I feel very grateful to have had him as a main instructor.

I took my 75 hour course here. The teacher was good but the students were awful. More than half my class failed the test. I didn't pay for the course. They waive the fee if you promise to work Rapid Realty upon graduating. I passed and worked elsewhere.

I was interested in obtaining my NYS Real Estate License. I had a lot of questions and wanted to speak with someone on the phone. I called BrooklynREI and within minutes I was signed up ready to start my 75 hours course! I found the course to be really interesting and fun. There were some sections I struggled with and the instructors were always willing to stay after and explain everything further. I highly recommend BrooklynREI to anyone interested in getting their Real Estate License.

I personally went to this school, the instructor is fantastic. Though you endure immature people as if back in High School, it is a school of excellence, they push you threw, so pay attention. If you can't handle the information and the fact people haven't yet grown up - then don't go. But the fact is if you can, they will fail and you will pass, following passing you'll head out into Manhattan and become licensed, I wouldn't by into a comment most likely from an example of the ignorant people in this school. Trust me you'll enjoy it.
