Brooklyn Public Library

this library is full of fun and exciting books.

I love this place awesome

Good place to study, but not when it is crowded,

Stopped in here to print papers, and then scan and email them to myself. It was my first time here, so I asked the guy for help at the desk. He was very friendly! He physically got up and walked me through the entire process at the various machines.

I have only been in two public libraries since moving to Brooklyn, this one is pretty small. It was very quiet when I was in there, no kids.

I live in Midwood, but because I had such a good experience at this library, I will be traveling back there for future needs.

I thought this was a library but apparently it's a place to drop off your kids while you go have a spa day. When I was growing up we were taught to be quiet in a library, but I wasn't here 5 minutes and kids were screaming, slamming on keyboards, dragging their hairs across the floor, talking loudly, and having full blown conversations. And the parents that were there with their kids did nothing to stop their kids from all the noise they were making either!!
At Central certain areas if you make noise someone comes over and says something,but it's like these librarians are on auto pilot and deaf and blind to all the nuisances going on here!
Don't think I'll come here anymore although its a 10 minutes walk from my house, I'd rather take a day trip and go to the central library where I can study in PEACE than come here again!
