If there weren't plenty of other fish in the sea, I'd recommend this place. I was blown off the first time, and during the rescheduled appointment, I waited for over two hours to *not* see my designated contact. Instead, I got the first available person to walk through the door, since apparently, offering enrollment services doesn't imply actually having enrollment specialists on hand to render the service. Of course, I walked away with the lowest tier of coverage, equivalent to having none, but hey, at least it was Friday, so they all got their checks.
