Mark KNOWS Ducati's. He confidently had my problem diagnosed in minutes and was kind enough to replace the part quickly while I waited. Explained in detail quite well why/what needed to be done with zero pressure. Great guy, super shop! Never going to another shop; Bk Moto is my monster's new maintenance shop.

I went here they are expensive they can be quite cold and they seem to know a lot about doing frame
welding custom work and on ducatis but its still freakin expensive is all I can tell you. nice bikes a saw here and a cool vibe. I wonder if i buy a jap bike off cl if they would do custom work on it for less than $1000? i highly doubt that . they are very busy shop so that had no time to help me anyways .

best motorcycle shop in the city. so many other crooks out there, that don't know what the hell they're doing.
Mark and his team are top notch, and have been to many.
Can't say enough about their operation and quality of service...plus mark is just fun to shoot the sh!t with too.

I stored my motorcycle for Winter 2013 for 3 months. Mark lost both my keys (ignition and top box). It was hassle for me to get my replacement key. Mark took 4 months to pay me for the replacement key and I still cannot find a locksmith who can make my top box key.

I went there for the first time last week to get a tire changed and a couple other small things. They did the work immediately while I grabbed lunch. They had very reasonable rates/prices and actually did a few little helpful things without charging me extra. I had a good conversation with the mechanic about bike maintenance issues, and some non-bike stuff. It's also nice that they sell gear and really nice bikes, so you can check that out while waiting.
