Listen y'all I went to about 8 dealerships ran my credit and everything (horrible credit) and nobody could help me I mean nobody I was so discouraged a friend referred me to Brooklyn Mitsubishi I went with but in my mind I just knew I was coming out with nothing but that man that call hisself black Jesus (shondel) proved me different I came out with a 2015 and my car payments in my money budget I was in tears y'all just don't know he really helped took his time help me understand everything step by step I was truly happy and I'm a first time car buyer. And it was a wonderful experience I'm enjoying my new car y'all for real

First and foremost, my name's Jerry and I live in San Antonio Texas. I currently own a paid-off black 2005 Evo RS. Since my wifey sat on it, she fell in love with the car and wanted to get one but didn't like the standard transmission. I told her about the MR model but she was hesitant at the price for which MRs' were very expensive. Well, Its been 3 years now since I've got away with the "I'm gonna get you the MR babe one of these days..." excuse. Well, the days went by too fast and next thing you know, it was time; The excuse just wouldn't hold and float any longer. Anyway, here's January 2016 and the problem I was getting is that mitsubishi dealers by my location was telling me that they no longer carry MRs' since they no longer produce them. They were telling me that the 2015s were the last year of the Evos and that the Final Editions were the last model for the evos. So, here I am calling mitsubishi dealers around town and the nearest other state to find me a 2015 Evo MR brand new. After making several hundred calls, I swear it took about that much after loosing count after the 10th state but I basically called all 49 states including Alaska in exception of Hawaii. I have nothing against Hawaii but if they did have the MR, I believe its too much of a hassle trying to get it ship to Texas. But anyway, I found California, Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma, Massachusettes, New Hampshire, New York, and Florida were the states that had MRs. After finding out which packages these MRs came with along with the condition of the car and mileage, I found Brooklyn Mitsubishi to have the best one out of them all. The MR I bought had the Touring Package, Interior MR package, Navigation Package, Rear Backup Sensor, and it had 12 miles on it. Although it didn't include the LED Package and the Engine Appearance Package which had the intercooler piping and the strut brace that I wanted, I was still happy with the current package setup that came with but most of all, the wifey was happy with it. She loved the Octane Blue color and it was basically new because it sat in the building and it had 12 miles on it. Actually, she liked the Rally Red at first but that one didn't have the backup sensor. After calling all the other states mitsubishi dealers that had the MRs with no or a few packages on it but didn't have the ones I wanted, they were charging me more than the MSRP and that made no sense, however, Brooklyn Mitsubishi didn't. I had several options on the line from other dealers but I chose to go with Brooklyn Mitsubishi because they didn't charge me the MSRP price but lower. In fact, the window sticker was $45,005 and Brooklyn Mitsubishi hooked me up at $43,000. Out the door after taxes came out to be at $46,000. That's 1 grand less than the MSRP while other dealers from out of state were charging me up the ying yang of around $48,000s not including taxes and with less package options and more mileage. Now, I got really worried for a second because, from my assumption, New York is an expensive place, way higher econimically wise and I was getting a great deal; so something was up. But my main concern was, I never purchased a vehicle out of state, let alone all the way from New York. Luckily, my salesman Shondelle helped me out through it all - very cool guy that DELIVERED. The vehicle was delivered a day after I purchased the vehicle. According to the truck driver, it was picked up from Brooklyn Mitsubishi on Saturday and It was delivered in 3 days by Monday night at 7pm. Shondelle told me that it would arrive by Tuesday the earliest but thank God it arrived way sooner than I thought which was nice. My Vehicle Inspector checked out the car the day after and everything was said to be new including all fluids and all parts of the car. Shondelle DELIVERED and I give him 5 star. No BS, after calling all mitsubishi dealers from all 49 states and speaking to all these salesman, I was beginning to loose hope in humanity in salesmen, but, Shondelle from Brooklyn Mitsubishi was trustworthy and I was happy I made my choice with Brooklyn.

My aunt bought cars from here in the past and told me she loved the customer service and experience here so I thought I'd give it a try . Me being 20 years old I thought they would try to walk over me with the prices and get me to sign papers without reading but my sales Associate Sheldon "Black Jesus" gave me time to read over everything and explained every little detail to me . He then showed me cars in my range told me his suggestions on what's best for me and my age then sent me to the Finance Manager who then worked with me throughly with all the finances and paperwork breaking everything down simple and easy making my payments just right for me. They offered to buy Donuts, Coffee, soda whatever I wanted . The wait time was about 2 hours . Their cars are really good and their service is amazing also. I'll definitely buy here again.
