- Poor #25001

If a doctor's office presents you a claim rejected notice and tells you it means the insurance company says you have to pay the deductible, then they are not telling the truth. Only your insurance company's Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is proof that you owe the doctor's office money. They did this to us and it makes me wonder if they're trying to double dip from both the patient and the insurance company or if they just have incompetent billers. Doctor is nice. Incompetent administrative staff.
