Very pleasant folks when I made the appointment, but on the day of the appointment when I called to check arrival time, I was shunted among voicemails and disconnected calls until I was finally told that the technician had a personal issue and would not be coming.
They say a voicemail was left on my alternate number, but that number has no voicemail, and no call was made to my primary number.
And they do not know what day a technician will be available.
NOT a reliable service to make an appointment with!
