It was great working with Brooklyn Letters. We contacted a number of tutors through the service and ultimately found the one who best met the needs of our son. Katie was terrific. We saw significant improvement in our son's reading skills, and more importantly, saw his confidence blossom under her guidance. Thank you Highly Katie and Brooklyn Letters.

I am really disappointed. We have scheduled a meeting at our house with one of their therapist for my son. I have canceled my son's school at that day because of this meeting. But no one showed up. They did not even bother to call me before or after, even though I called the therapist and left a message. This is very unprofessional.

Just to be clear I got therapist Jocelyn's number from Craig on June 28th and called Jocelyn to schedule an appointment on June 30th. We've decided to meet on July 13th. And finally I called Jocelyn yesterday ( June 13th) and could not reach her and she did not called me back. I don't know how much more often I should've contacted. So if they are not able to keep up with a meeting in two weeks that is unprofessional.

However, I have to admit that Craig called and apologized for the situation and offered me new meeting after my review. But I don't think I am going to work with them again

Suzanne Ashman-Kipervaser literally helped my two year old son find his voice. Words can’t describe what a magical gift that has been for him and for our whole family. Around his second birthday, we had our son evaluated because he only had five or six words and seemed to clam up every time we encouraged him to try out a new word. Six months after working with Suzanne, my son is using 2-3 word phrases with a huge variety of words (some of which I have no idea how he learned) and becoming a kid who loves to talk and express himself. Suzanne does this incredible work in each session- she is super purposeful about every interaction with a child. She models strategies that we can then replicate and shows us how to push our son just beyond his comfort zone to ensure continued growth. She does all of this with warmth and gentleness and has an awesome ability to bring just the right engaging toys and activities. Suzanne maximizes every minute of our session and time seems to fly when she is here. Our son’s face lights up every time he seems Suzanne and she’s made the hard work he’s doing with his speech feel fun and satisfying for him! We are so thankful to have found Suzanne!

I cannot say enough about our family's positive experience with Craig Selinger and Brooklyn Letters. Craig worked with our 8 year old son with high-functioning autism for over a year and we all made great strides as a result. Craig asked me to sit in on the speech therapy sessions and this enabled me to keep the work going throughout the week. We also involved siblings and babysitters whenever possible, increasing the benefits of the therapy substantially. Craig is insightful, reliable, smart and creative and I recommend him highly.

We took our younger two year old twin to Brooklyn Letters for speech therapy. Craig was very professional, caring and engaging. It became such a special time for our son.

Brooklyn Letters is equipped with all the tools, experience and knowledge to help. We absorbed all the recommendations about learning, play and speech---- and it worked! We are grateful for the warmth and compassion Brooklyn Letters exhibited and my son is on his way to a large vocabulary.

From the assessment, insurance coding, to the parents training--- we are very satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend Craig and Brooklyn Letters.
