Wish there was an option for zero stars. I brought my wolverine 1000 mile boots that needed a new heel and the guy suggested I put a rubber sole on to prevent more wear. I got them back and they added a second row of stitching to the entire boot. They were totally defensive and then finally admitted they did a bad job. They have zero customer service and now ruined my boots (which were only 8 months old).
This was my first and last time going to this place. By far the worst cobbler I have been to over the past 15 years.
All he offered was my money back.

I have been going to this shoe cobbler for years. Very efficient and quick service!!! He can also fix your watch if you need the wristband extended or shortened. Probably the best in the neighborhood - love this place!
