6:30 AM, Monday morning, 4th of July. My sister in law call to tell that she can’t get the door to the garage open up, and that she can’t find any company in New York to come and repair the door. Which mean we will have to come all the way to Brooklyn for the BBQ. Really? No chance!
I called Brooklyn garage doors and gates, and had a technician there in half hour. He was able to open the door with no damage, and to get the car out. The BBQ was in Nyack as planned ;) Quick and real emergency service.

The door shutter of one of our locations in Brooklyn got tired from many years of closing the door (It had a cellphone store with high volume of people every day). I called Brooklyn garage doors gates for service, they made it clear that it will $30 charge for coming to the store, but if they will repair the door shutter they will not charge for the visit. It turned that one of the screws was lose, and all that they needed to do was to tighten it. The $30 covered it. I will keep their number and use them for all our locations in New York.

Real time emergency service . I was so annoyed when I kept getting in touch with companies and asked for emergency gate repair in NYC , and I was told again and again that they can’t send anybody , and that there is nothing they are able to do . And only when I got in touch with Brooklyn garage doors and gates I was told that they are sending someone as we speak . Erik ( very energetic ) started working at 11 ( PM ) and did not stop until he completed the repair at 2 ( AM ) . It is important that people will know about you ! Thank you .

I found it hard to believe when the technician of Brooklyn Garage Doors and Gates appeared at our store front to fix the gate. Not even half an hour since I called. He ran few tests, and found the problem from our key switch. He quickly replaced it, and told us: Please test the gate. It was opening and closing again. I have only good words to say about this company, and I would like other people to know that it is a company you can trust.

My parents needed someone to repair the garage motor. They didn’t know what to do so they called an electrician, who told them that they need garage door technician. When they told me about it, I started reading reviews for local garage door technicians in New York and came across Brooklyn Garage Doors Gates. I asked if they really have same day service and they said yes, we can be anywhere in New York the same day. We scheduled for later that evening, and I met with them at my parent’s garage. They had new motor with them and replaced the old one right there.
Same day service made by serious people. You should use them if you need service.
