I feel the staff is very helpful you may have one or two teachers who can get on your nurves because of their attitude. As for the rest of the teachers an faculty they are incredible people an is all for the children. My son had a bullying situat an the head of schools nipped it in the butt right away. Even so much as pulled a meeting individually with me an another parent whose children was been bullied. Then had a meeting with us an all the other parents who's children where the perps. Every parent was receptive to what was been said an was very heartful an sincere about everything. The meeting was a complete success. I love this school couldn't see my children anywhere else.

I have been in this school for about six years and I barely received any respect. Although their teaching skills are marvelous. My grading for Brooklyn charter school is a negative three. Their lunches are terrible. In addition, they give so much homework. I understand that they have to prepare for tests and quizzes, but children my age shall not have to come home after along day with broken backs and five hour homework assignments. It's just not fair. Speaking of not fair I hate how teachers pick favorites(always taking their side). Also,when parents are informed about the teacher's behaviors during school days and are communicating about it, they don't have the decency to be truthful about it. They wind up showing mercy for the teachers(not cool). Moving on to languages: I do not like how cruel languages accidentally come out of their mouths (cussing). It is a bad influence on the children of Brooklyn Charter School. This school needs to change fast. I am so sorry for the kids who are still in this school. GOOD LUCK!!!!!! Talaiyah Anthony :-).
