Good for kite flying, wedding spotting, picnics, free kayaking in the summer, seeing old men sunbathe in their inappropriate speedos, dog patting, little kid playgrounding, and cart wheels. Take photos of the two bridges and the Manhattan skyline. Stand under the Manhattan bridge and tell a secret as the train is going overhead.
