Just so nice to train with nice people who gives you positive energy isn't it ? I'm a girl and I know how to protect myself from danger. The staff are always willing to give a helping hand and make sure you have as much support as you possibly need to get motivated especially from Prof. Noto! I highly recommend this place to anyone that is trying to get into fitness. Their technique's and friendly personality make you looking forward to next time you are going to go. I enjoy it very much! I will be recommending many of my friends to come here because I know they will not be disappointed.

Success Academy Prospect Heights welcomed Professor James Noto of Brooklyn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to our school on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, to give an anti-bullying talk to our scholars. He did not just one, but two talks, to accommodate the different ages and their understanding of the subject of bullying -- he spoke to our second and third graders first and then talked to our Kindergartners and First Graders.
Professor Noto gave an energized and engaging talk and the kids loved every minute. He talked about the power of building confidence, gave tips on how to use words to stand up for yourself, who you can talk to if you're being bullied and talked to the kids about being supportive of their fellow students -- building your peers up not tearing them down.
Professor Noto took time to answer questions from the scholars and even welcomed questions from parents in attendance. He also invited all the students to come to a Brooklyn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu dojo to try martial arts for free for one week complete with uniform!
If you have the opportunity, reach out and invite Professor Noto to your school It's simply a wonderful event that empowers students, teachers and parents!
Best,

I've always had an interest in martial arts so when I heard they had an open free class I took the opportunity. The staff there makes you feel right at home creating a friendly environment that makes you feel like family. Their teachings are not only motivational to succeed in training but also how to take all the positivity and apply it to everyday life. I personal have learned that there's always room for more success. So if you want to learn to defend yourself , get in shape or even just pick up a new hobby the first step is to just start and best part is you'll just grow from there.

I have visited the school as a guest multiple times mainly for the Women's Safety Classes that they offer. The classes were very focused and educational. Professor Noto has a great energy and took the time to talk to each person to make sure that they are getting the most out of each class.
I left the school feeling so positive about my fitness and felt a little safer.
The school was really clean and all of the staff members were attentive and helpful.
I am definitely going to keep going back to the seminars and would highly recommend the school.
