SHAME ON YOU... GUETTO TRASH
JIMMY THOMAS - SECURITY
NANCY NIELAND - GARDENER - MOST INSTABLE PERSON.
I AM SUING THE GARDEN and THE STAFF.
"If your idea of fun is being hassled and moved along by people in paramilitary uniform then this is the place for you." - totally agree.
The guards who picking on everybody who is trying to enjoy the sun on the grass or who brought their own snack to garden's cafe, are totally killing the joy of walking around this park.
This is not a joyful place to me ANYMORE.

Peaceful walks through the park as well as finding out so many interesting facts to discover. Bring the children, perfect for couples, even better for just a walk alone too!

Great place to strole around in the fall and take in some beauty amongst the urban jungle that is Brooklyn.
If you can go day time during the week you will enjoy a lovely quiet experience.

I love the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. The grounds are well cared-for and the collections are extensive. The annual festivals are a great way to spend a day, but I especially love visiting early in the morning before the crowds arrive. I'm not a birder, but visiting the BBG makes me want to get a pair of binoculars -- I see an unfamiliar bird on every visit.
The shop at the garden has a lot of apartment-friendly plants that are affordable and is a unique place to buy gifts for New Yorkers and visitors alike.
A single criticism -- the security staff is especially gruff.
