Great service. Been buying appliances there since the 90's. Old school with luxury names as well. Now they also have a small hardware selection.

I am shocked by the other reviews about how rude the proprietors are. I came here a few years ago as well and don't remember having any bad experiences. I called today after my vacuum stopped working. The proprietor was polite and informative. I brought my vacuum in for servicing and the policies were again explained. I did ask a question about vacuum cleaners in general and got a thorough reply.

Best service ever. I brought my Dyson in for repairs which they did for the next day. I got about 20 feet from the store and I tripped on some ice and the dirt collector part fell off and broke. I went back in and they gave me a replacement part absolutely free! Couldn't recommend these guys more.

Rude, immature, yelling, insulting owner (one of the two--the other stayed quiet while brother ranted). Probably can repair machines O.K., but do not dare question anything! He was so out of control it was sad to see, but finally I saw the humor in, "Don't EVER come back to my store!" Poor kid.

Yes, they are very rude and have disdain for yuppies, hipsters and too many questions. But they are honest and utilitarian, unapologetically blue-collar Brooklyn. Go there with a mission and you'll likely be satisfied. Go there with questions and you'll wish you'd gone elsewhere.
