the three times ive went there. i was in and out,maybe 45min to 1hr tops. i always went on a sunday. but urgent care is very helpful and i will always go to brookdale urgent before the others

bass akwards. worst heath / urgent care ever. evenn the stupid fat receptionist forgot to give me my discharge papers despite the DOCTOR coming back twice to ask If I got them. She (fatty receptionist) denied that I asked for them. They were sitting in the printer. For 30 minutes.

Extreeeeeemly long wait! On my way in I called and they said there are only 2 patients in and 2 doctors... 45 mins after signing in they took me in a exam room about 25 to 30 mins later the dr walked in!!!! Worst experience ever! Think of it as the holocoust, never again!
