Been going here for years since I was a little girl... yes sometimes they don't answer the phones but the doctors are still great.. I now bring my 1yr old here, her pcp is my childhood doctor, Dr. Calibuso... overall customer service is a 3 stars but the doctors I give them 5 stars.

Love it here I've never had a problem. I find that they work fast, I'm always in and out in no time. Great staff and doctors.

They have great pediatricians and staff. Just wish they answered the phone more.

Staff is ok BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED YET.Fire the staff and have people who can do the job the right way.

This place is horrible, I've been going there for years and they misplaced my medical record. Since I was born I'm now 17 years old going on 18. When you call the number no one answers they just let it ring. The people at the front desk hate their jobs they are always rude and stuck up. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!
