I've been living in brookchester for 6 months. My experience with them has been amazing, Carolyn in the management office is super nice and always willing to help. I couldn't ask for a better place to live

I am staying in Brookchester Apartments from an year. I will rate them as one of the good place to stay in New Milford.
Both Office staff and as well Maintenance staff are up to the marked and are skilled people.
I am very much thankful to Michele for her professional behavior and helping me out in sorting out my Apartment Issues.

Awesome property for the price...office staff is amazing, especially Amanda Manginelli. She was very attentive and even though she informed me that she is relatively new to working at Brook chester apartments, she is a natural. She knew the answers to all of my questions. After speaking with her, I felt satisfied and informed about every question or concern that i had. She is the best! If any of my friends or family are looking for apartments, I am going to refer them to Amanda at Brook chester! Thanks Amanda!

Brookchester Apartments is a decent place to live. I moved in and found that they have a lot to offer. They have hardwood floors, renovated bathrooms and kitchens, and even picnic/bbq areas. They even have on site parking lots and laundry rooms...I especially liked the office staff!
Amanda Manginelli was especially helpful. She was very sweet and eager to assist with my every question and concern. Every question I had, she was sure to answer immediately and whatever she couldn't answer, she researched for me and got back to me promptly. She was especially helpful with assisting to process my paperwork and helping me to expedite the process on the in office computers. Thanks Amanda, your the best!

I always read reviews and somehow believe people just have a bad experience, and then just feel like venting. It was not until I have sewer started backing in my bathtub and have to live with the condition for a week, I realized Brookchester maintenance is full of crap. I am so sick and tired of these people now. If you are late one day on your rent it is additional charges, but they can drag their darn feet all day when you need help. Can't wait no longer for the end-of-life on my lease. Got to get out of here. I don't even want to talk about living on the ground floors....always sounded like the person on the second floor is gonna come crashing through the ceiling.
