said they you pick me up in 5 minutes 15 minutes later I called they responded as if they never received first call and said another 15 as I am on a street corner ready to be pick up at night I decided to walk in stead rude and extremely unreliable

Only used them once - a ride home from the supermarket. The cab came pretty quick and the driver was nice and helped me get my load of groceries into the lobby of my building, but the dispatcher needs to work on his customer service skills.
