i am a student that is here and it is really great and you can really make a lot of friends

My child has attended BBL for 6 years. I am confident that the transition to middle school will be successful. The teachers have always been very engaging. The school has a small town USA feeling with a few correctable issues. My child loves the school which is the most important success of the school. If your child is selected to attend the school please consider it a privileged opportunity and keep the school a great place for many more years. Working parents should be advised that the school has a monthly 1/2 a day pick up each month for all grades (last Wednesday of each month ) not followed by public schools. The school does not support the traditional public school picture day so you will not have memories that last a lifetime if your child attends BBL. The Principal and PTA have constantly pointed the finger at each other for years on why they cannot make picture day happen and its time for the Principal to take responsibility and action on this correctable issue. For that alone I take off 2 stars.

My two children attend this school and I am proud of the quality education they are receiving. The teachers, principal and staff go above and beyond to ensure that no child gets left behind. bronx Charter School is leading our children in the right direction on an educational basis. rest assured when my kids leave this school, they will be well ready for middle school.

If I could of given it zero stars I would this is the worst school every don't send you child there. The does not want to deal with any special education student they want perfect student. The only positive which th school has is the location but that it. The school Lenard's need to go back to school to provide effective training for their staff. The school citywide exam scores not the horrible.

uhh lets see mean teachers nice rooms the other few things about my school ... ... ...hmm... ...NO COMMENT.=). But after all you CAN say my school is awsome. ... ... ... FINE its ok.=)
