The staff was very respectful and helpful. They did not pressure me into buying a more expensive car. The sales representative that was helping me, Val, explained everything that was going on the whole step of the way. He even bought coffee and hot chocolate while I waited for everything to be processed. The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommended a friend or family member to purchase their car at this dealership because the next time that I am going to purchase another car I will definitely go to Bronx Auto Sales.

I found the car I wanted on Cargurus and did my research on the car I wanted. I found it at Bronx Auto sales and immediately made an appointment to test drive it. I had found the same car at a dealership in Waterbury CT so I already knew how it drove, which is why I was looking to see if I can find a better deal. Sure enough I found my Infiniti M35 X at Bronx Auto sales. Robert and Adam had me financed the very next day at a rate I can afford. I was picking it up the very next day. Everyone at this dealership Adam, Robert, Tracey and Skye were true professionals and walked me through the process. I was treated with care and respect. They treated me the way they would liked to be treated.
