I called cadillac roadside assistance as I had a flat tire in my driveway. The technician arrived from Brogan very quickly and was polite, courteous and helpful. This was the first time I called for roadside assistance and was very impressed with the response time and the technician. Overall excellent service!!

Before coming to this dealership, I was working with another dealership in Bergen County, NJ who completely renegged on the verbal deal we discussed on the phone. Rocky and his team were more than accomodating and went out of their way to get me into the Escalade Luxury edition (Graphite Metallic) I wanted with even a better deal than the previous dealership I was working with.
It was a pleasure to deal with their team and handled themselves in a very professional manner versus the typical "salesman" attitude you would experience elsewhere.
If you are in the market for a new Cadillac, make Brogan Cadillac your first and last dealership to visit.

OMG ... Brogan Cadillac is the best! They should use Brogan Cadillac as a model for every other Cadillac dealership in the country. I took my EXT in for service after being at another dealership that couldn't fix the problem. I got my car back in short order in perfect working condition and looking like new! Keep doing what your doing, I wouldn't recommend changing a single thing.

Rude service manager named Rich. The way the entire situation was handled was unacceptable. A large reason why I chose Cadillac in the first place was for the customer service (Englewood Cliffs Cadillac -Robert was not pushy, took as long as I wanted, and was genuinely nice, etc.) and the lack thereof today has made me question using Cadillac again. When calling the customer experience manager, Nicole, it was like pulling teeth trying to communicate with her. She doesn't understand that her job is to be a customer experience manager, I suppose. How about you start off by answering the phone Brogan Cadillac, HOW MAY I HELP YOU...instead of just "brogan Cadillac". Rude and curt- the only nice person there was Robin who actually tried to listen to the issue. The person that dealt directly with my car, Ron, was nice and all but that can't make up for the others. I definitely will never use Brogan Cadillac ever again. I'd rather drive out of my way and use Englewood Cliffs.

Recently just leased an SRX and so far my experience has been great. Mervin my sales rep listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me get exactly what I wanted for great price. Getting married in just a few short months I walked in with a lease 4 months out not needing a car. He explained what great services come with a Cadillac and the family behind Brogan. He also introduced me to Ron who works in the service center. Both gentlemen know exactly what top service is. I, myself work where guest service is a top priority. Both these gentlemen are why I most likely will not lease from another dealership. Brogan is dedicated to customer service and I look forward to my time working with them.
