- Terrible #153018

I made a tiny error in purchasing broadway tickets, chose the matinee instead of the evening performance. Called Broadwaybox (which is really ticketsnow) IMMEDIATELY, within seconds of getting the confirmation, and they did nothing to help me. Nothing. Completely useless company.
