I must agree with others. I had to wait 8 days for an appointment. I got there ten minutes early and still had to wait for two hours to see the doctor. That is just totally unacceptable. They are either double booking or something... Two female workers were gossiping with each other the entire time. I left for another appointment and came back to puck my glasses. That process took another hour. The first lady that attended me was not helpful at all and you can tell she just just wanted to go back and talk to her coworker.

What is point of making an appointment if you still have to wait an hour and half?

Horrible and crappy service! They canceled my appointment at the last minute. They asked me to go the next day first in the morning and when I did, they had me waiting for over one hour. The doctor was chatting careless with another doctor about nonsense even though he was seeing that he had a lobby full of patients. After numerous complaints from all the waiting patients, he decided to see me. The doctor was rude and annoyed by questions. After all, he responded to any of my questions, didn't give me my prescription (actually he messed it up), charged my insurance a whole lot of money, and I had to go to another doctor (paying out my pocket since they charged all my year allowance). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY ARE GARBAGE.

Although the office staff were kind and welcoming the establishment itself is looking only to serve profitable patients. If you have a high prescription do not go here! They will leave you high and dry. I ordered contacts from these guys and I never got them! I called for over 3 months asking if my contacts had arrived and they just said call back next week or we'll call you when they get here. The truth is they never ordered my contacts because I have a high prescription and they would not profit from it. They are cowardly, and money grubbing. They are truly a dishonorable establishment.
