Friendly Staff, knowledgeable in everything in the store. I loved that when I asked a store associate how to do something he didn't say he doesn't know. He said let me get someone who will know.

These guys are pros. They'll walk you through any DIY home improvement project and explain you all the steps, give you examples, share experiences, etc. Really happy with their service.

This is what a hardware store should be. You go to the big chain hardware stores and spend hours looking for stuff, or looking for an employee to help you find the stuff. At Krown, there are always employees ready and waiting to take you right to what you're looking for. So quick and painless. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
