Broadway Joe's Pizza Inc

The first time I had their pizza, I was 12. I am now 47 and the pizza is exactly the same as it was 35 years ago. This place is, by far, the best. I'm going down their today with my 4 kids to have lunch. Hopefully, they will be able to bring their kids someday.

I miss the days of eating really good pizza in Manhattan, like Ciro's, which used to be on Chambers, etc...it's been a long time since I've had that 'taste' - REAL pizza, not the 'fake 'n bake' you get from more recent pizza joints in NY. One day, on my way home to CT, I wandered into Broadway Joe's in the Bronx...it is truly legit, as it used to be, not over-done, back to basics, the real deal...keep in mind that, no matter where you have pizza, 100% of the population will not agree entirely on a single place, but if you want to taste history, try Broadway Joe's...I've eaten pizza at hundreds of joints in NY over the last 33 years...today, most follow a template that is ridiculous...it is hard to find this natural flavor that is truly missed.

from Bklyn/Staten Island Pizza capital of the USA... Ate at Bwy Joes twice while working in the Bronx.. Sauce has no taste, lumpy oversized dry crust.. both times eating here bland,zero taste... head to Staten Island, take some lessons...Your..Pizza is GARBAGE...
