Worst haircut experience so far in my life. The barber cut my ear and I bleed. She apologized but I was really pissed. The worst part was they still made me pay for it, the cashier told me I was expected to get hurt because the scissors are sharp! This is the most ridiculous thing the I ever heard in my life. I paid and left because I had plans with my friends but I will make sure that all my friends know how bad this place is and I hope they close really soon.

DO NOT go to this shop if you care about your hair style. The hairstylist did not try to understand what style i wanted and she kept saying she know what she is doing. I asked if they have bigger rods, she said they don't have bigger rods for bigger curls. Perm came out ridiculously big, i looked like a lion with damaged hair. I went to shop again to fix it or straighten my hair and the shop manager did not even care to talk to me nor see my hair condition. The next day, founding my hair got badly damaged, actually it got burnt, i went back to shop asked the hair stylist if she remember how shiny and silky my hair was. She said my hair was like this when i came to shop. I simply said, " you are liar". All they said was they can't do anything and i have to pay to fix my hair. I asked body wave and they charged me for spiral perm. Not only they did not deliver what i asked, they damaged my hair and charged more money. I could not believe how they can run business like that.
Only men for short cut hair might be okay for this place but if you want perm or styles, this is not the shop you wanna go.

Broadway Haircare has always been the alternative to Jon Giacomo at Newport Mall. Now that Jon Giacomo is closed, many of the hairstylists have moved here. Same haircuts and similar service. Prices are higher which is why I never went in the first place. Pretty happy with how my hair turned out. Will return.

Nothing special, same prices as a Supercuts or Best Cuts in the city. Also, $20 credit card minimum. The receptionist is also kind of rude.

Terrible. I made the mistake of going there three times, and the people who work there often don't speak enough English to figure out what you're asking them to do. So it's no surprise that on two of those times they didn't follow my directions at all.
