very prompt, tri-lingual, and friendly. prices are standard and they have specials every now and then. i mean a lotta dry cleaners provide the same basic services but what i really liked seeing from broadway dry cleaning is that they got people there to speak english, spanish, and what i think is korean so that definitely helps them cater to the people of the neighborhood. -1 star for appearance (graffiti on side..they should get that removed)
