I don't like the service
They always mess up the order and it took me a month to teach the delivery guy how to ring the doorbell.

Worst experience of my life! I ordered whole wheat bagel with lox and cream cheese, Cesar wrap with dressing on the side, and a large iced coffee skim milk and light sugar. What I got was a iced coffee with extra sugar and cream, a Cesar wrap with no dressing to be found anywhere, and a everything bagel and the lox had skin on it still! It was desgusting, I refused to eat it and luckily Grubhub refunded me, but when I called the store to complain they said they didn't have whole wheat bagel or skim milk but couldn't call to ask about substitutions like anyone else would. The man on the phone (Raj) was rude an in the end hung up on me and apparently told Grubhub customer service that they weren't going to try to fix it and to just refund me. Never gonna order from them again, just disgusting!
