Broadway Carpet

I have purchased wall to wall carpet from Broadway Carpet on 2 separate occasions. Each time it was a very large order. I also bought Hunter Douglas shades from them about 3 years ago. I have a fairly large apartment and I had shades installed for all of my windows. Needless to say this was a very costly order. Recently I had a problem with one of the shades and it needed to be taken down and brought to Hunter Douglas to be repaired. Dealing with the manager of this store has been a nightmare. She has been rude, uncooperative and not at all accommodating. She finally set up an appointment for somebody to come to get the shade. He did not appear during the 3 hour allotted time period, nor did he call to tell me he would not make it in time.This was a week ago and I have not heard a word from the manager to reschedule. I would never do business with this store again. I would strongly recommend that you keep away from this type of non service.
