Broadway @ Times Square Hotel

Great deal! Reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Free wifi, free breakfast, free printing and access to computers. I would definitely stay again. The guy who works overnight, and setup breakfast for the morning, he was really nice. I could tell he really cares about doing his best. Everything was setup meticulously.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, decent free breakfast. The only small problems were the size of the room and no place to recycle.

Awesome staff, small hotel just steps away from Times Square, good continental breakfast with pastries, eggs, beverages, fruit, and such. Single elevator can be a downer, although with only 9 floors, it does not generally take long. The stairway is extra narrow if you stair climb. Not wheelchair friendly if you need that. Next door is a church with many homeless people hanging around, but then again, this area has a fair amount of that anyway. The room was neat and reasonably comfortable, but thru-wall air conditioner had a medium loudness hum. This might be a good thing, since NYC is fairly noisy. The WiFi was of decent quality, with no passwords or captive portals required. For the money and needs that we had, this was a good bargain.

The hotel was very clean and had very friendly waitstaff. Breakfast was a simple continental, but what you expect when it is included. I would stay here again on my next trip to Times Square.

We stayed for a long weekend to see a couple shows and the stay was great! The beds were comfortable, the location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I would definitely stay here again. It was surprisingly quiet for the location and you could barely hear the church bell ring during the day, in the bathroom only. In the bedroom area it was vey quiet day and night.
