I do not stay here. I was scheduled for an appointment for a specific time for leasing an apartment unit. When i reached there and tried to reach the local incharge, i got an message that apartments are not available. I have to come from NY to meet this appointment and if the units are not available, they could have well informed that appointment is cancelled well in advance.
On checking with Leasing office all they could explain was local incharge know better than the central leasing office.
