This office is horrible. I should have known there was going to be a problem when they got my sons appointment wrong. I scheduled a 4 o'clock appointment and I received a phone call at 11:45 a.m. that he missed his appointment. Only after receiving a phone call a few days prior confirming the 4 o'clock appointment. Against my better judgement went to the appointment and discovered this office is not a pediatric office, they just see kids. There are no toys, boys, or anything to help kids pass the time which would be helpful since they had me waiting over 2 hours to be seen. This is the first appointment and to me keeping a 2 year old entertained for that long is pretty difficult. I called ahead and asked where they good with working with special needs children and was told, well we deal with children so we understand. LIES!!!!!! You couldn't pay me to return to this office for a follow up appointment. Horrible service, horrible organization, horrible staff, and horrible service (had to say it twice)
