I was a bit apprehensive at first but I'm so glad I gave this place a try.
My first visit was a little bit of an emergency, I chipped my back tooth and needed to see a dentist ASAP.
They where very accommodating and made time for me.
After seeing me the doctor gave me a few options, crown or on-lay. I decided to go with the on-lay and happy that I did! They are very clean, professional and courteous.
They handled everything with the insurance company so that was a plus.
That was a few months ago and now I'm planning on trying the Invisalign with them...
Oh and one of my favorite parts was when the doctor says "you now have a bright white smile" at the very end. :-)

My experience at the dental office was great.
Staff is always so polite and professional.
Doc really allowed me to understand my choices and options on what i should do for my issues.
Assistant is always so welcoming and very knowledgeable.

Where to start? Dr.Rafailov is SO amazing. He managed to make me actually WANT to smile. Root canals aren't fun but Dr.Rafailov definitely keeps your mind off of it. He definitely knows what he's doing. He ALWAYS does a great and thorough job. His assistants are also wonderful. Inna is always very bubbly and happy to help you! It's ALWAYS easy to make an appointment with Inna at the front desk. You won't regret coming here. I'm VERY lucky to have found this place.

Dr. Salamon Rafailov is the best dentist I have ever met. Here at Bright White Dental, they really treat you like family. A five star dentistry practice office. I recommend all to visit here for all of your dental needs.

There used to be a time in New York you find a really good dentist. Most likely 90% retired and the other 10% you can't find them. When my dentist retired it was almost impossible to find a top dentist and is willing to take my insurance coverage. The dentists I experienced in the last number years can't do a proper cleaning or have common courtesy. What a nightmare. As luck was running out, I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Rafailov. The man is sharp and does great work. A professional staff and clean environment. The moment he works on your teeth, you know you are in good hands. He is the real deal. Period
