Ridiculous! This place is more concerned about their policies than the children's well-being. Your kid could get hit by another kid and there will be no disciplinary action. Managers are to busy putting on a show for upper management enforcing many useless policies when the teachers are doing their job and taking good care of the kids.

Overall positive experience - the teachers are doing their job. But beware of COUNTLESS closing days - two weeks in the end of summer, 1.5 weeks around Christmas, additional days before public holidays, staff training days etc. Unless you have grandparents or friends willing to babysit, it's not an option for parents working full-time. Plus - administration that doesn't even bother replying to emails - totally unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. They think they are too big to reply nicely to parents. I was not able to visit the place with my baby, though I have no one to leave her with for the task. If want to meet people too busy to have time for you, go there.

I've had such a wonderful experience at BBL. I had to go back to work and leave my child for the first time. The Director saw me tearing and came over and simply gave me a hug. She even called me during the day to tell me my child was doing well. I'm so glad that I chose to bring my child to BBL.
