Let me tell you my experience with Brite Auto transport. I contacted an auto broker, Patriot Auto Transport, on February 5, 2016 to pick up a Brand New Ford Flex from a Ford dealer in Kingston New York and transport it back to south Florida. Patriot then in turn contracted Brite Auto transport to pick up the car on Febuary 9th and I was told I would have the car in 3 to 5 days. Unfortunately it took 9 days. When my new car was picked it up from the deaslership it had 12 miles on it and when it was delivered to me it had 85 miles on it. Come to find out there were 2 different drivers. One who picked the car up from the dealer and one who delivered it to Florida. When I called the headquarters for an explanation as to why my new car was driven over 70 miles I spoke to Vicky and she assured me someone would call me back. Well its been over a month and no return call. I am in the automotive service industry with over 3000 repeat customers every year with about half of them snowbirds who ship their cars from the northeast to Florida and back every season and I will make it my goal to tell them about my experience with Brite Auto Transport as I would not recommend using their services.

We used Auto Transport 123 to transport our car recently and they subcontracted the move to Bright Auto and we did not have a good experience at all. When my car was delivered, it was ridiculously filthy/muddy had 40 miles more than when it left and the company could not explain it. Despite the fact that we took/showed them pictures of the odometer reading before and after the move, they chose to doubt us because their employee failed to put the odometer reading in the bill of lading. For $895, we expected better service. At least not joyriding my Hemi with no explanation. I would not recommend this company. There a reason they have a D- with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. CROOKS.

Bad customer service this company have no idea where my car is located. They picked up my car on feb 4,2016 from Bronx New York and the car was supposed to be delivered by feb 8,2016 to Clermont fl. its now feb.11, 2016 .and I have not gotten a ETA or a call back from a representative from BRIGHT AUTO TRANSPORT
