We just completed the cruise from buenos Aires on Jan 19 which ended in Valparaiso onFebruary 14 .It was very enjoyable .Roberta and Arnold were on top of everything. They made sure that everything ran well.
Crystal Symphony was the ship.
The accommodations were good.
Service was excellent, entertainment fairly good. Food was above average if you stick to the basics.
Attempts for sophisticated modern cuisine falls short.
Over all it was an enjoyable trip despite the lack of interesting excursions at the various port stops.
