I had such an amazing experience at this store. After searching for my dream wedding dress all over NYC to no avail. I found this store and it was like a dream come true. Sharon and her mom offered exceptional costumer service catering to all my needs and answering all my questions. Together they put together a costume made wedding dress for me within 3 weeks at an affordable price and it was amazing. One night I went in for a fitting and they stayed open late until I showed up, after the fitting the owner gave me a ride home because it was late. On my wedding day Sharon drove all the way to the bronx to personally dress me at almost no cost. The ladies that work here are simply amazing and they make wedding dress shopping stress disappear. If you want to look amazing on your wedding day please stop by at this store you wont regret it.

I rented a wedding dress from Bridal Palace and was very pleased with the outcome. The staff tailored and altered the dress to match my preferences and were professional, patient, and quick. On my wedding day, everyone loved my dress and commented on how gorgeous it was. Thank you Bridal Palace!
