Bridal Elegance

Went there to look at bridesmaid dresses as they were shown to carry two particular designers I was interested in, however they had neither. After pulling other options to try on we were led to a room and told we could try the dresses on in there and then the sales associate disappeared. We were left alone with no assistance and not even a single clip so we could tighten the dresses and see what they looked like on (they were falling off the girls). After several minutes of trying on dresses we decided to leave and go somewhere where they had time to help us. When we were walking out we were met by the girl that had left us upstairs and when my bridesmaid told her were leaving since we couldnt get any help, she told us that she had three other appointments and they don't stay in the room with bridesmaids. Ended up going to two other bridal salons and were assisted by a sales associate from the minute we walked in until the minute we left. (and we didn't even have appointments unlike Bridal Elegance where I was required to make one). Don't waste your time at this salon, go elsewhere so you can actually get some customer service.

Awful. They refused to pay for the dress to get it in the store for cash flow issues and blamed the vendor. They forgot to sew the cups into my dress so on the wedding day, there was only one cup in it. Not only that, the other one was still held in with a pin. They do not rush to help you, even when the store is empty and the know you flew in for a fitting. There are better prices and better service elsewhere...do not bother with this store.

While the people there were very nice and courteous, their selection was incredibly limited and only carried sample size 12 in all their dresses. Unfortunately, it is impossible to gauge how any dress would look on you when it only comes in one size. Petite and plus-sized brides stay away unless you are a glutton for punishment in the "clothes that don't fit department".

I have been having the most wonderful experience with this store and their staff. Both times I went to try on dresses they took their time with me, showed me everything and when I chose the dress I loved with my mother and aunt they showed me all the details, walked me through EVERYTHING and gave me time to just enjoy the experience.
I'm ordering my bridesmaid dresses from there as well and can't wait to pick up my dress this spring.
I don't know what that over persons issue was.. this store is amazing!!!!
