I just returned from one of my favorite places. It doesn't matter how busy they are, Drew and the Brickwell Family are always so kind and helpful. I have been going to this location for years and also recently the Manhasset location. Please consider buying and having your bikes serviced by them. They are top notch and a class act all the way. Thank you guys!

Got a bike there 2 Months ago and the bike is a lemon. Nothing but problems from day one. I got a flat leaving the store because someone smashed a bunch of bottles in the parking lot. I was on a long ride and my pedal fell off. The dopey kid working there told me he made it tight. When i approached the owner about all these problems all he could tell me he would give me 10% off. I would stay away from this place if i were you.

I can't recommend Brickwell Cylcling any higher!!! They are knowledgeable and patient. I am an inexperienced rider and needed some guidance to get started. They were understanding and helped to educate so I could make an intelligent buying decision. Their prices were more than fair and I love my new bicycle! Don't bother with the big retailers! Brickwell is the best!

Picked up my new P2 a few months ago and Andrew and Russell were great. Went back yetserday for a few tweeks to the set up and once again they were both top notch. I will be shopping here again!
