They only get ONE STAR from me because I have to put one in order to write a review. They are the worst!! Seriously unprofessional!! Don't join they keep charging you even after your membership is canceled and they send you to collections even though you don't owe anything. I canceled my membership and they continued to charge me when I called to find out why they got nasty and wouldn't even let me talk!! THE WORST GYM DONT JOIN!!

DO NOT JOIN. Worst gym ever. There are better gyms around with better equipments and friendly customer care services. I cancelled my membership in Jan 2016 and they kept charging me on my card. When I cancelled my card, they sent recovery agents behind me called William, Alexander and associates. I was charged 300 dollars as recovery costs over and above their trumped up charges !!!! The agency calls and sends you notice to threaten you to report your credit score. PLEASE DON'T JOIN if you want peace of mind in life. I don't know till when will I keep getting these threats. I wish I could give negative rating.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Worst gym I have every been too. Everything broken, dirty cold dark. Don't get me wrong I like work horse gyms but the owner sucks. He sleeps in the back office all morning. He does nothing. He can't even replace lightbulbs. Broken glass mirrors, dusty, exposed wires, sauna door broken off....the list goes on. DO NOT JOIN HERE.

I ASKED SANDRA SALMON (SALOMON OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS) COUNTLESS TIMES TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR STUPID MAILING LIST - SHE AND THE OTHER GUY RUNNING THAT JOKE OF A PLACE ARE THE MOST ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL AND IGNORANT PEOPLE RUNNING ANY TYPES OF BUSINESS.

PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM ARE OF THE SAME SORT - I LEFT MESSAGES WITH RECEPTIONISTS (MOST RECENT IS RICHARD) TO TAKE ME OFF THE LIST AND NOTHING.

OTHER REVIEWS JUST CONFIRM HOW BAD THAT PLACE IS.

I only gave it a star so i can comment! Worst gym ever! Dont sign up they would get you years later with collection agency's. I left this gym 3 years ago and the feeds cant adding up! I cancel and never renew and still was charge! Just spoke to owner, his response take it out with the lawyers!
