Briarwood Commons

I dunno why nobody likes briarwoods.. Me and my roomies loved it we had not a single bug, plenty sunshine, cross ventilation in house, parking just right outside and awesome neighbours.. The leasing office was right nxt to us and the service provided was the best since we always uses to call the managers son for maintenance.. I stayed ther for almost 2 years and plan to go back.

Bad.. Bad.. Bad... Very bad... No proper maintenance..after moving in we had sleep less nights due to the bed bugs from the day "0" itself.. Literally they were crawling all over the walls in bedroom and on the roof too..Also they are roaches.. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone..

The worst maintained apartment I have ever lived in. You can easily find mice and cockroach. Maintenance is worst ever, sup. never want to fix the things properly. Even if you put the service request note on Thursday morning, it will not be considered at least till Monday. Some times even he just denied saying that he has not received any request.
If you don't have water in the bathroom, it wont be treated as emergency request and will not be fixed for 2 days, can you believe this.
You should only choose if you could not find anywhere else in the NJ.

Just found out that I have bed bugs! Lost furniture and I will spend a lot of time fixing the problem. I am done with this place!

this is worst locality ever.
they dont service the apartment .... my refrigerator leaked yesterday for 5th time and no one cares for it .... they come .. patch something and leave. highly irresponsible management.

the resident manager broke into my apartment .... informed heikemian realty officer ... he said that he will take action and there is absolutely no word back from him

i informed him about some letter that we got regarding we throwing trash outside of the bin. i have no way thrown anything outside the bin ... but they come up with unique ways to harress residents ...

last month they said that i passed them rent late and they didnt receive the rent on 10th either ... my rent was deducted on 10th itself ... how come they didnt receive the rent before 10th ... also there were 4 days of holiday in those 9 days ....

they have very great ways to fool residents.

my suggestion ... this is the worst apartment you can ever live in.
