Wonderful! The Briarcliff is a full service coop. There are benefits of coop such as financials, neighbors, and more... The amenities include gym, pool, Jacuzzi, on site dry cleaner ... and they have wonderful doorman! People are very friendly and nice here. Very well managed building. We are very happy to live here!

I managed this building a few years back, and it is nothing but a glorified dump full of rude, disgusting people who think this whole world revolves around them! The windows were all shot, there was no hot water, and the roof leaked. Do yourself a favor, and go buy a private home instead of buying into this dump!
