Working with them has been a pretty traumatizing experience. They lied to us by telling us they had secured the place for us (after we gave one month deposit and asking us to pay for the whole year at once dur to lack of credit history) but kept it in-market, hit up the competition among applicants, and ended up giving the place another set of tenants. I would strongly recommend to avoid them if you can. We have found way more professional and ethical people to work with since then!
