Very Professional development complex. This town needs more assistance from outside sources and the main office located on private property can be reached through phoning them on weekdays or weekends. Be sure to rate highly so that they can assist the public in improving the NYC nature preserve and do not alter town with massive construction projects. This is a hop skip and jump away from local beaches and near the Brooklyn, Manhattan area. BREEZY POINT COOPERATIVE located on 202nd street is the main branch that can assist shareholders or owners of Breezy Point common property with improving NYC after Superstorm Sandy. 12/19/2015
