l've had a maintenance contract with Breezin HVAC, Inc. for heating and a/c for the past 4 years. The technicians from the company come to check my HVAC systems before winter and summer. The scope of their services is clearly stated in the contract so I know what to expect. If there is a problem they address it right away. The price for the service contract is fair (I had shopped around before deciding on Breezin). The customer service is outstanding, professional and very prompt. I had dealt with other contractors before Breezin, some of them were referred by Home Depot, but none of them came even close to Breezin with the quality of service. Thank you Breezin!

We have a service contract with Breezin and they call us to remind us about our seasonal checkups. When we have had problems they came right away. All of their service people were polite, helpful and when we had to purchase or repair something, they explained all of our options in a clear and understandable way. They have never tried to pressure us to spend money and always offer us the least expensive way to maintain or repair our systems. We highly recommend them and we wouldn't use anyone else.

After Sandy we had to replace our hot water heater, furnace, and central air. They gave us a great price for the package.

My dealings with Breezin HVAC are very favorable. I came across Breezin HVAC after my home was damaged by Superstorm Sandy. I lost most of the first floor of my home including my furnace, central air and water heater. I was desperate and needed help badly. When I called Breezin they came immediately and made me feel comfortable with their knowledgeable and friendly repair men. The work was done quickly and precise. Every time I have a question and call Breezin HVAC my questions are always answered quickly and my problem is solved as soon as possible. Hats of to Breezin HVAC!!

Excellent Service! I would like to commend your technician – Robert. We had an issue in my house where we had no heat. Robert came over, found the problem and went out of his way to get the motor we needed for the heating unit. It was late in the day when this happened and Robert even went so far as to have the part delivered back to the shop where he went to pick it up. There was a problem in getting authorization from the insurance company and between Robert and his boss, they were able to resolve the issue. Robert returned that evening and repaired our heating unit so that we would have heat in the house over the long 3 day weekend. This is not the first time that Robert has been to my home nor is it the first time that he has went above and beyond. Robert is a professional in every sense of the word and he is very compassionate when dealing with people. He’s a really great guy and I’m sure an asset to your business. There should be more people like Robert out there.

Thankful! I have used several air conditioning companies on Staten Island and was displeased with all of them for various reasons. Many hold dear the viewpoint that the customer is NOT always right, while others are chock full of the “Staten Island attitude”. Thankfully, and fortunately, I found Breezin HVAC. Bob and his co-worker did a splendid, extrememly professional and proficient job in my home. They were neat, prepared, personable and on time. No talking on cell phones, smoking or profanity was used. I recommend Breezin HVAC and will call them again. Oh, the prices are quite fair too.
