Breathe N Flow Yoga

This place is all business. Not what you would expect from a yoga studio.

I was so glad to find a yoga studio in the area that offers prenatal yoga, and was pleased that they also offered mommy & me classes so I could continue to go after my baby was born. The instructors and staff are warm and friendly. My son and I love going there!

I'm a 36 year old male, and am a beginner to Yoga. I have never been very flexible, and typically I feel a lot of muscle tightness, especially in my back. On Tuesday morning however I was fortunate enough to take the Sunrise Yoga class with Ed. I usually shy away from group classes, but I felt comfortable in Ed's class right from the start. I spoke with Ed before the class to let him know I was experiencing some pain and tightness in my shoulder and neck. Ed worked with me to make sure I properly stretched and worked those muscles, as well as made sure I didn't hurt myself further.

Ed was very thorough, and I believe he was able to get me to stretch every muscle in my body, even ones I didn't know I had! He got me into poses that I never thought I would be able to due to my inflexibility. Not only did I leave Ed's class feeling very proud of myself for making it through the entire class, but I felt CHARGED and invigorated the entire day. What a difference it made to start my day totally stretched out and with a clear head!

Thanks for the great class Ed, and because of you I will feel more comfortable trying classes with all the Breathe N Flow teachers!

I currently attend classes here with my 8yr old daughter and we both enjoy being able to take classes at the same time. I am a busy working mom and find there are always classes available to attend. All the instructors are great. For anyone that hasn't tried yoga its great for the mind, body and soul.
