I used to use Break to the Border whenever I needed a taxi. No more. I had called for a very early taxi pickup to go to the hospital the next morning. I was downstairs ten mins before the cab was supposed to arrive; twenty minutes later, no cab. I called, and the dispatcher couldn't have been ruder, saying he wasn't going to send a car because of problems with the building driveway (not my fault if your drives don't know how to go up and down a driveway). Finally showed up: the driver had no idea where we were going, and the car smelled of cigarette smoke. No more.

I really don't understand why they thought it would be ok to send me a car that was smelly and old looking. The driver looked like he had no idea where he was going even with the gps, stopping in the middle of the road to check his gps making last minute turns and exits, horrible so horrible I canceled my ride with them back home, I'll do uber instead

Great service,all round use them for all airport trips always on time to pick up will be at the airport on time for the return, if I run late I call ,they will pickup a family member.

They need to change their website. Just called & I was told they don't have limo's. Waste of time.
